Cashco Product Descriptions

At Cashco, we highly value our customers and are here to assist you every step of the way. To help you populate a full product description, please watch our video below.

Launch Product Description Generator

 

Each Cashco product is equipped with a steel tag, located somewhere on the valve. This tag contains vital information about your product, including the product code. To generate a full product description, you'll need to take note of this product code. Please note, the dashes in the code are part of the sequence and must be included. 

Step 1: Find your Product Code

Locate the steel tag on your Cashco product and write down the complete product code. Next visit the Product Description Generator.

Step 2: Insert Product Code

Type out the full product code, including the dashes, in the part number field

Step 3: Identy Revision Level

Identify your revision level from the product code: 

  • If position 18 has a letter, this indicates the revision level. 
  • If position 18 has a zero, this means you have either a Tank Blanketing Valve or a Conservation Vent. 
  • For Tank Blanketing Valves, the revision level is found in position 12. 
  • For Conservation Vents, it’s located in position 6. 

Step 4: Enter Revision Level

Once you've identified the revision level, enter it in the revision field.

Step 5: Enter Product Group

Next, under the Product Group field, select the appropriate group from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Get Description

Click the 'Get Description' button. Review the generated description carefully. If you encounter any errors, it may be due to a mistyped code. 

Lastly, if position 12 of your product code contains an 'X,' or if your 18-digit code is followed by a dash and three additional digits, this indicates that you have an SPQ. In this case, please contact our support team. Simply fill out a 'Contact Us' form on our website, and we will be happy to assist you."

To help expedite the process, be sure to include important tag details such as the Serial Number and the Full Product Code from the tag.
